June 20 deadline for Ohio State Fair entries

Members from preschool to age 21 are eligible to enter items in the Ohio State Fair.
During fair season, please visit the Camp Fire USA exhibit!

I looked and looked on here and on the Ohio State Fair website for the entry form for the fair but could not find it. Also wondering why the deadline was a Sunday.
This year the Camp Fire USA Committee at the Ohio State Fair has been responsible for all of the entry process. It has been a learning experience. We had to make a place that all the information was available to all members in the state. At the time that the fair required us to have the entry book available we weren’t able to have online registration. Instead we had the book and entry form available to print out and mail or scan and e-mail. Next year we hope to have online registration. The fair registration has had a postmarked by date of June 20th for at least 20+ years, so we just stuck with that this year.
I am sorry you had trouble navigating the website this year Jenny. It should go smoother next year and we will know if we have the flexibility to change the “register by date”.
